1. Accessibility was good. The property was right next to the highway leading to Madikeri 2. Ganesh, the hosting staff was very good at hosting us 3. Camp fire set up was good (payable) 4. Coffee and breakfast at the property were very good (included in the price)

The property is well maintained and very peaceful. Great place to stay with family. Lots of fruit trees and greenery around. Ganesh is incredibly helpful and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.

The place is on the way to coorg, so get to the main town from this place will take you another 1 hour (approx) ride up the hill. This place is located amidst the coffee plantation, if you manage to visit this place during rainy season I think it will be a blissful site to stay. This is one wonderful place to plan your staycation, the caretaker - Mr.GANESH and their dog Shadow were our favorite. In the night if you pay extra Rs.500 (it may vary) Mr.Ganesh will set up the fire place and they have dinner option with best home cooked food. It will be perfect to spend the night around the fire with your friends and some songs, listening to Mr. Ganesh's stories.
