This hotel is foreigner friendly and all staffs are very kind. Hot spring is good and must try private spring.

Really lovely stay. Delicious food and a really quiet and peaceful dining experience in a room by ourselves. The private hot spring baths were amazing, they were always available. Close to the centre of Kusatsu and the Yubatake.

Lovely ryoken experience near the main square. Staff were very helpful. Baths are great and food was superb
