Great location, friendly helpful staff, parking close by with a coupon from hotel was a good price. We liked having breakfast served to the room.

Beautiful onsen, wonderful obliging and friendly staff, perfect location close to the Yuba, bus station, supermarket and the open onsen park. A very nice restaurant right next door as well with oishi soba as well a Lawson downstairs. It was snowing and cold when we were there so this convenience was a godsend. Supermarket also had very nice cooked food. A really wonderful stay. Kusatsu is a very beautiful town. I would highly recommend this accommodation and the breakfasts were superb, really special and beautifully presented.
