Staff friendliness & proficiency in English. Private onsen rooms & the system that showed the availability of the rooms. Liked the size & cleanliness of the room too.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel at ease right away. The breakfast was fantastic! The check-in and overall stay went very smoothly, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this place to others.

The whole experience was amazing, dinner and breakfast were outstanding and more than worth the price of the room to begin with. The onsen itself was also great, we could access three private rooms without previous booking.

This onsen is unusually child friendly, there's arcade games in the room and toys to entertain the kids while my wife and I went to use the private onsen. The staff were very friendly too.
