The rooms were very spacious and facilities were very clean. The owner was also very nice and took our bags up to our room when we arrived early!

Despite me having no internet and missing a train and getting to the bus station late with no way to make it to Kusatsu; the owner was courteous enough to offer to come pick me up and bring me to BUNA Kusatsu. Which I am eternally grateful for. She was lovely

The property is comfortable has a huge kitchen table to warm up legs and parking it is very cosy and comfortable

Staff was really kind, the place was really clean! The comforter was comfy, we had proper heating in our room so we couldn’t be cold!
