The villas are set in a quiet location away from the centre of Kusadasi, but only a 5 minute taxi ride away so you can have the best of both worlds. The villas are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Each villa has its own decent size pool with sun loungers and garden furniture. The views over Kusadasi are amazing from the roof top terrace. The Manager and all the staff were extremely helpful with any requests we had. I would highly recommend Ada Villas to anyone looking to visit Kusadasi and would definitely stay here again 👌

There was plenty of space, the apartment had all we needed, and as we had booked one of the front villas it has lovely views.

It is a great place to stay in big groups. The garden and the pool are cleaned everyday, the house is every 3rd day. Every issue is treated seriously and resolved by the workers immediately. There is public transport (dolmuş) nearby and a market. You can order food from local apps or your market shopping. The beach is walking distance if you are okay walking one big hill but it is manageable. The atmosphere is magnificent, every sunset is magical and the sky is full of stars. It was a very relaxing holiday. I'd definitely like to come again.

Amazing villa overlooking the sea , spacious and clean. Also very quiet away from the noise. Checking in was simple, no issues.
