Very friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable, clean, cosy and quiet room. We ordered dinner a few days before arriving and the three course meal was delicious as was breakfast next morning. Absolutely recommend Waitaki Braids.

Kate the owner is an amazing host and an amazing cook. Dinner and breakfast was awesome Old historic building is a very special place to stay , With lovely outdoor gardens All staff were very friendly and accommodating

The service from Jess in particular. We liked the resful outlook on to the garden & hills, & the sympathetic restoration of the original old building. The decor & artwork also suited the style & history of the building.
