Lyn was delightful and not only made us a delicious breakfast but also whipped up a pot of tea with some slice on arrival! We hadn't booked packed lunches in advance but she was able to provide this at late notice which was much appreciated.

Lyn is a consummate host who provided a sumptuous breakfast including the best homemade marmalades. Rooms tidy clean and comfortable each with an ensuite.

Very comfortable. Plenty of places to sit and relax or socialise with others. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Enjoyed a beautifully breakfast cooked by Lyn. Lyn really is the perfect host .
