The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent communication re booking. Great atmosphere in communal area meeting and eating with the other travelers. Close to supermarket and bus stop

Super friendly hosts, gave loads of recommendations and responded quickly. You feel very welcome here. The accommodation is great, beautiful century-old Japanese style home.

Friendly and helpful staff, relaxed stay. Big house. Cute area to chill otherwise there is not that much to do. Big supermarket and bus stop nearby. Washing machine available. Big kitchen that could be used in the shared house but only a little amount of tools. Early check in was possible

The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and truly at home. The accommodations are set in a charming little village that we loved exploring by getting happily lost in its narrow alleys. The location is ideal, very close to Kure and to wonderful sightseeing spots such as Mt. Hyama (a must-do hike with breathtaking views!) as well as several beautiful beaches. We also really enjoyed meeting so many interesting people over dinner in the shared kitchen, which added to the warm, communal atmosphere. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a peaceful, non-touristy getaway, an authentic overnight stay in a 100-year-old Japanese house, and the chance to connect with new people
