We would like to sincerely thank the owner of Hotel Central in Kardzhali. We booked the room on Booking. The hotel accepts guests until 9:00 PM, but we were slightly delayed at the Turkish–Bulgarian border and arrived a little late. We were standing in despair in front of the closed door, wrote to the owner through the Booking app, and within 10 minutes he arrived, for which we were very grateful. The hotel is clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and all the conditions for a good rest. At first, we didn’t find a kettle in the room, but later noticed that it was available in the shared corridor. The owner is very attentive and advised us where it would be best to park the car. It was also very important for us that staying with a pet is allowed in the room. Once again, we thank the owner for the hospitality and kindness.

Very pleasant owners. A big advantage is parking in the yard. A bit outdated room equipment, but everything clean and functional.

The house located in the center. Everything is all right. Hot water works well. The house is really clean. And host is very helpful. Recommend to stay.
