The location was perfect. Very close to the centre of Hualien. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, they even posted an item my partner had left behind in the communal kitchen back to us and wouldn't accept payment. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Our room was clean, spacious and quiet making our stay very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure! It is in a short walking distance of the train station, restaurants and convenience stores. We loved it so much we extended our stay 😊

The place is within 7 walking minutes from the train and bus station located in a quiet alley. There are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The self check in was very easy and communication over bookings was very fast. The whole place was very clean and quiet. The kitchen downstairs had a fridge and a water dispenser (eg for hot water to prepare tea or coffee offered there). The room had enough space for a short stay. WiFi was quite ok.
