The location was a little out of Kunming Shopping town.but besides Wanda Mall that have many good eateries. The room is very comfortable but a little dim in terms of lighting, however please note. All five start hotel is like that ... The only regret is was not able to use the pool because only have two days in Kunming, I would stay at this hotel again. If visit Kunming. The toilets is very comfortable, however I noticed the chair at study take is not up to standard due to some parts being worn off .. however .many thks to Wanda to provide this kind of accomodations to tourists...thkss

Ms. Audrey Su from customer service made our stay truly memorable and comfortable. She kindly shared helpful information about room upgrades, and her recommendation turned out to be an excellent choice. She even went the extra mile to assist us in getting a taxi from the convention center when we were stuck due to a roadblock. When I informed her that we might not make it back in time for checkout, she thoughtfully extended our checkout time by 30 minutes instead of charging an extra day’s rate, which we really appreciated.

My experience at the Kunming Wanda Vista Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, near by shopping mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, modern, and the bed was very comfortable with beautiful city views. Audrey were professional and very helpful. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious variety. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travel.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Kunming station. The reception and concierge are very polite and enthusiastic.
