Truly an exceptional place! The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and go above and beyond to make you feel truly welcome. The hospitality is outstanding, and the food is absolutely delicious. This is a perfect place to immerse yourself in culture, relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy being pampered. Every member of the team was attentive, approachable, and genuinely caring. They made our stay unforgettable—an experience filled with beautiful memories. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing if visitors are going to kerela this hotel is a like an estate with everything you need from fun man made lagoon with bamboo floating rides, sunset boat cruse along the river a beautiful pool yoga and gym a spar and hair dressers amazing food and service the most friendliest staff especially animon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the entire team impressed us with their warmth, friendliness, and genuine attentiveness. Every single staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for—it truly made a difference and elevated our whole experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, and the stunning sunsets added a magical touch. The food was absolutely delicious, and the beautiful pool was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. All in all, a wonderful stay.
