All good but no umbrella near poolside in hot westher so dint try swimming, food menu always same just set dishes not alot choices, but bar was good and staff really friendly. One bad thing was we can't call our own private taxi and hotel taxi were triple the charges. Tea time was okay, but good staff, no choice with snacks at all. Staff can't fully understand English. Only speak local language. Overall, the value and price we paid were not matched. Little disappointed as you can't just stay and enjoy the resort but can stay to explore the local area and for sightseeing. But enjoyed complementary sunset boat ride was really serene. Evening entertainment of instrumental music was entertaining.

Amazing property, great staff, tranquil stay! 1. Right in front of Wmbnadu lake 2. Ample space for everyone even when there is substantial occupancy 3. Tasty food with lots of varieties. 4. Facilities for everyone to spend a quality time 5. Clean, spacious and well maintained rooms

The guest experience executive (Ms Sindhu Nair) called us up even before we arrived and made us feel very welcome. She even met us on our arrival and asked after our comfort. This gave a very welcoming atmosphere. Also the property is beautiful and location fabulous The evening music program on the lake side is magical Al in all a great stay and good value for money

It's a place with positive energy, fresh vibes, and stunning view. We booked a Premium Lake View Room and Family Duplex Suite. Family Duplex suite had ample space. A private ait out area. The top floor had its own toilet and shower, which was thoughtful and super handy, also its own sit out area, apart from the bed. Premium Lake View room had a stunning view from the room and balcony. A special shout out to the staff. Every member of staff was helpful and had a super pleasant personality. Hope they can keep this up. Wide variety of food options during breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food tasted simply fab. Every dish was top-notch. We were travelling with kids, and their games room and bicycles were brilliant. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Perfect place for a getaway. Ordered 4 cakes for DD's birthday, and the cakes were so delicious. Thank you!
