I spent 1 night here and loved it! Really relaxing experience on the backwaters. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was so helpful, organising a boat trip, taxi, and being very understanding when I mixed up my days! Such a lovely spot with a balcony overlooking the waters, great for watching the birds and boats go by. Highly recommend:)

Everything was super 👍 We had a good time. It was quiet in the night and we had a good view watching the boats crossing. The staff made our stay as easy as possible and helped us whenever needed. We would recommend!

If you are looking for peace that actually feels like peace, this is it. Backwaters Breeze truly lives up to its name. The property is serene, comfortable, and perfectly placed to soak in the magic of the backwaters. Ajish (the host) and his mom were incredibly cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. He arranged both the speed boat and shikara rides at very reasonable rates, making everything seamless and stress-free. The stay itself was super comfortable, clean rooms, calming surroundings, and that constant gentle backwater breeze that makes you slow down without trying. Waking up to still waters and palm reflections? That’s soul luxury. Highly recommended for anyone who wants authentic Kumarakom with genuine warm hospitality.

The outlook was fine, albeit the view across the lake was obscured by trees. The staff were very accommodating.
