i like the hotel have a connecting car park so that we can park our car then bring the luggage to the room easily. Staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast is nice. The view from the room is beautiful.

Excellent location, perfect walking distance to most eateries, shopping, and the castle. The room was fairly large and had a great view of the castle. Breakfast could have had a wider or different spread, unfortunately, both days we stayed had the same spread. The food otherwise was good.

Location is very convenient. Lots of shops and restaurants are around the corner. My room has Kumamoto Castle view. Very nice view at night. They have International style (buffet) and Japanese style (set) for breakfast.

The check in staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Our room was lovely, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We had the Japanese breakfast which was delicious and the staff there were most attentive and respectful. We had the Western breakfast buffet which was plentiful, also delicious and the staff were also excellent. The concierge ladies were always happy and smiling and most willing to help us at all times. The hotel is very well located. It is a short walk to the castle, it is in the same building as the Art Gallery, it is directly across the road from one of the shopping arcades and just next to the other one. There are more food and eating places than you could eat at if you spent a whole year here! The tram stop is right here as is the bus stop.
