The fine print

Location was excellent Rooms were clean & spacious. Breakfast buffet was especually good, lots of choices. Staff were helpful & professional, great service. Check-in process was quick & easy. Good communication from Hotel regarding an item I'd left in my room. Well done. Full marks for an adorable cat in reception 😍

Staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Room was very clean and spacious. The club lounge was comfortable with an adequate choice of drinks. Location looking over the Astana river, bridge and administration building was very nice, particularly when lit up at night.
