The location. Easy access to every place. Downstairs food court. At the corner is self service laundry. Owner gives proper instructions how to check in/check out.

-Strategic location if you plan on going to other parts of Kuching Town. -Parking space was free, and that was really convenient for us since we had our own transport. -Spacious room space so we didn’t feel cramped up
