The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that extra bed comes in the form of an extra mattress and extra bed charges apply (refer to Policies).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This was my third time staying here and the location is unbeatable, right in the middle of Kuching Waterfront on Main Bazaar, within walking distance to everything. I stayed here this time for the Kuching Marathon, and it was perfect since the start and finish line were close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even recommending great local eateries. I also appreciated being able to check in early since my flight arrived in the morning.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were treated with warmth, courtesy and a desire to help us make the most of our time in Kuching. Character- laden decor in the public areas. Comfortable and perfectly adequate rooms. Ours were en suite but shared facilities and hot/cold drinking water dispensers were on each floor. Fabulous location within easy walking distance of a large portion of the "sights and experiences" of Kuching city. Equally convenient, only a brief walk to two bus stations from where we were able to catch local buses to Semmengoh and to Bako jetty. "Grab" was an inexpensive option for our visit to the Cultural Village. Numerous inexpensive local eateries and street food vendors close by, including a food court in the local mall (a 6 or 7 minute walk) featuring a dozen or more traditional food vendors. The second floor balcony provided a prime viewing spot for the nightly light spectacular over the river.
