The room is 💯 as the pictures. Clean, comfortable and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The aircond was cold and the shower had great pressure. Coffee, tea and water (cold and room temperature) were provided. We never met the owner/staff but communications, check-in/out instructions were clear from the get-go. I found the video guide to the parking spot very helpful most of all. I love the private access to the beach - for the days we spent there, we were able to walk to the beach to catch the sunrise. Amenities wise, there are walkable groceries, coffee shops and restaurants abound. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked good too.

Room is as per photos. The view from the balcony is amazing, with both pools and beach views. Wake up to the sound of waves been heard from the room is relaxing. The room was comfortable and homey. Clear instructions by host

The place was awesome. Clean and neat. Pool was so big. Have access to be beach with lot of activities available.

Good ambience and great holiday package... Easy to find food and not far from Kuantan town... The sea view and pool view from the apartment are splendid..
