The breakfast buffet was incredible. There was a wide variety of different food and juice options. 😋 The staff were very nice. Overall a great way to start our Malaysia trip, would recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Breakfast was really good. The spread was good as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The front desk, Mr Rizal, was exceptionally helpful. The servers at the Executive Lounge, especially Ms Yanti was so obliging and helpful as well. In terms of hospitality, I think that Hyatt ranks the best. The drinks at the bar was also well prepared. The beach was clean. The sunrise was beautiful.
