The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Lestari tax/Heritage Fee RM3.00/room/night will be collected at Property Upon Arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The location is at the middle of Kuantan City and Cherating, resort also has a clean beach. The resort allowed us to check in early (around 2.15PM). Breakfast menu also rotates every day. Decent taste & varieties of food.

Waited quite long for check-in process due to our booking was not in the hotel system though we received confirmation from Booking.com. The manager in-charge handled it professionally by giving their available unit at that time. We booked deluxe room but was given a chalet to replace the fully booked deluxe room. Kudos to the staff in-charged from the gentleman at the reception to the managers who made a decision that made your customer happy. It was our first stay there and definitely you will see us again. Thank you.
