The location was excellent—right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with easy access to shopping malls, food outlets, and public transport. The room was modern, clean, and well-designed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Great location, right in the middle of KL, room was a good size and beds and pillows comfortable. Staff friendly and happy to help. Super close to MRT making it easy to get around KL and out to the airport.
