1. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.2. Please be informed that upgrades will be underway in the lobby area (Ground Floor) between 17th July 2025 and 16th August 2025 (Saturday) that might result intermittent noise and minor disruptions between the hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. The contractors will strictly comply with all necessary safety and regulatory standards to ensure minimal impact on all guests and the surrounding community.Please note:
• Weekdays (Monday-Friday): Some knocking/hacking noises may occur during working hours.
• Weekends (Saturday-Sunday): Quieter work with minimal disruption.3. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.4. Please inform WOLO Kuala Lumpur in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.5. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The hotel scent as you entered, we loved. The location was really spot on, we loved. Family room was spacious & comfortable, we loved Every staff members of WOLO KL were tremendously helpful and very accommodating. Well done team & keep up the excellent work! One of them kinda looks like Henry Golding (the malay version)

Property was really nice but we felt slightly overpriced given the facilities. There was no pool/ gym etc which I would’ve expected for the price. However, the room was a really good size and bed was really comfy etc and it was in a good spot for getting around
