The location is convenient, close to everything, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We appreciated that the hotel wasn’t overcrowded with tourists, making our stay pleasant and relaxing. The handwritten welcome note added a lovely personal touch. Thank you, KL Journal Hotel.
