All staff in the hotel (restaurant, housekeeper, reception) was very kind. Hotel was very close to shops, restaurant, public transport etc. The pool on the rooftop absolutely amazing!

Location is great. 30 min walking to the main sights of KL The pool probably has the best view of all the rooftops in KL! But it is extremely crowded with full of Japanese and South Korean “influencers” There is no fee to access the pool which is highly appreciated.
