the location is centre, quick walk to Petaling Street, miss Ain and other staff are really supportive and friendly my room is spacious, had all basic equipment

Had a great stay at swing and Pillows. I cannot thank Ain enough!! She was always so warm and welcoming every day with the best smile. She was so helpful when I forgot to collect my deposit and she was happy to wait and give it to me on my return to KL. Absolutely amazing service, thank you so much Ain!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Ain, who was particularly kind and attentive. She handled issues promptly and made my stay much more pleasant. One of the warmest service experiences I’ve had. Excellent location, just a short walk to the LRT station. There are also restaurants and attractions nearby, making it a convenient base for getting around.

Staff were very helpful and kind. A short walk from the train station - trains straight to petronas towers & NU sentral shopping mall. Good value for money. Would recommend.
