Location was fantastic, room was very clean with super cold air-conditioning. Staff were very happy and helpful, security also very good. Have stayed several times in the area but will definitely be staying here again.

Last year, I gave an excellent rating for all aspects of my stay at this hotel — the service and overall experience were truly impressive. However, during my recent visit, I was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping. Room service was often done late in the evening, the floor wasn’t swept properly, and the tissues in the washroom were not refilled. Because of these issues, I’ve had to lower my rating from excellent to just good for this stay. That said, the hotel still remains my top choice when staying in Bukit Bintang. Its unbeatable location, surrounded by vibrant entertainment and a haven of delicious food, continues to be a major highlight!

The location is amazing rite in the middle of bukit bintang near all the night life. Cleaning staff were very friendly, flexible and cleaned to a very high standard.

Great location I paid for the more expensive room which was worth it. Friends stayed in cheaper rooms that were older and not as clean
