First, a big shoutout to Ali. He was simply amazing. He responded within seconds to my queries. He is thoughtful (extending our check out by an hour so we could sort out work and come back to check out), cheerful (always extending a smile and greetings when we met him on the corridor or public spaces) and helpful. The studio apartment was spotless. The standard of cleanliness was very high. Breakfast was in a cafe next door to the building (known as common man coffee). We have to choose from one of the fixed 3 options. Breakfast may be limited in choice but every option was very tasty, ingredients used of high quality, and coffee outstanding. The gym in the building, on the 30th floor, was very well equipped. There wete many machines so whatever time I went, I had a threadmill to do my workout. Gym apace was very clean. I also used the co-work space on the 30th floor. It was a super useful space. My colleague and I used the space to prepare our presentations and discuss our projects. The space was kept clean and it was simply a comfortable space to work. The swimming pool was amazing. Small, but on weekdays not many visited the pool. So often I had the pool to myself.

On check- in, it was pretty fast that the person in charge, Ali, came down to help bring us to the room. On the last day of checking out, as we had to go out very early in the morning, so we had to leave our luggages at the mailbox area. it was safe for us to leave the luggages there and Ali was kind enough to allow us to return the access card slightly later. And offered that if we need to access the mailbox, we can still contact him. Generally, the place is very well maintained and clean. Nearby have lots of choices of food. Great Location and reasonable accommodation cost. We will likely to use back the same place if we were to go KL again. Good Job - Ali.
