Their welcome so nice from the front boys , reception , housekeepings and restaurants staffs they so helpful and of course the so nice with tower view +++++

While I cannot say I was disappointed, my experience fell slightly short of the high standards I expect from the Sheraton, given its esteemed reputation. That said, the room was impeccably clean and the room service was truly top-notch.
