The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the hotel.
If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Room is big, clean, comfy and spacious for the price I'm paying.I feel pampered although staying just 1 night. Everything in the room is working fine. The staff bringing our belongings from entrance is super friendly, cheerful and helpful. He's very passionate and helpful. Breakfast buffet was superbb with a wide variety of selection. Although, some of the food is a bit salty than it should be, some others tasted great! Lots of love for the omelette, roti canai, vege dhall and freshly baked croissant! Can please look into your chicken sausage as it was really salty.

I love the working area, separated from room and there is kitchen, suitable if family want to cook at the unit. Staff also very helpful and friendly

breakfast has always been good here. although selection are a bit limited, but just enough to have a selection of what to eat in the morning 5star taste is always the hot pastries, croissant etc nasi lemak can be better cheese selection ---no selection, only one had dinner also a few times, staff are excellent teh tarik halia is out of the world good food also taste good
