The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
Collection Club Lounge is reserved for guests above the age of 12 only who has booked Collection Club Room, Urban Suite and Lifestyle Suite.

Location was excellent because it is right in the middle of Bukit Bintang close to all amenities and they did what they was going to do surprise my wife with our 35 years wedding annervisary

We had a wonderful stay at Park Royal Collection Kuala Lumpur for my birthday ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The highlight was definitely the breakfast. It was a fantastic buffet spread with so much variety, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were also outstanding, attentive, warm, and always ensuring we were well taken care of. Our room was very comfortable, and it was such a sweet gesture from the hotel to decorate the room for my birthday and even present a cake. I also really appreciated the filtered drinking water provided in the room, something more hotels should adopt. The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries and malls just steps away. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting KL. We would definitely stay here again!
