Great location for walking around the city. The room was small but had everything we needed and was clean. The reception staff were lovely.

The property is comfortable and clean and in a great location just a short walk to all the city shopping malls, restaurants and attractions. The staff were very accommodating, and friendly.

We had a wonderful staff member that checked us in by the name Satish. He was ever so kind to give us a complementary upgrade when we had an issue with the first room. We had 2 additional rooms booked for friends and their rooms was ever so nice. Thank you so much to the whole team for taking care of us (especially my husband and his boys). When we come back to KL we will probably stay here again, the view of KL Tower from the pool was splendid. Thank you
