Walking distance to malls and hawkers (Pavillion, Sungai Wang, Low Yat, metro station). Mr Yap so friendly and helpful.

I looveee everything about it! The room was nice, very spacious for 2 people (I got the 3 bed 🫣) Kevin was really nice, he speak Mandarin with my bf and talk in Malay with me haha! Room, bathroom, alley was very clean, you don't need to ask for more It got a lovely cat too! Big eyes, very sweet lovely girl who likes to purr and ask for scratches! Kevin let me to use electric cooker for making fried rice, they have a water dispenser too, free coffee~ At level 1 you can find a busy and cheap food places alongside with laundromat Nothing else you want to ask, just perfect!
