The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that when booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that booking exceeding 3 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed.

Fantastic location next to KLCC. The room was super comfortable and quiet. The Petronas Towers view was incredible.

Located at the foot of the Petronas Twin Towers and the large KLCC park and Mall, the MO is well located. The hotel is impressive with truly beautiful common areas, lounges, restaurants and foyer. The infinity pool is great with plenty of seating and a nice pool restaurant. The breakfast buffet was great with a fabulous range of international cuisine.

My stay at the Mandarin Orange Hotel was short but truly wonderful. I celebrated my birthday there while on a business trip, and although I never mentioned it to anyone, the staff surprised me with several heartfelt gestures a dessert with a candle on the terrace, a cake and birthday card delivered to my room, and even a gift of essential oils at the wellness center. The room was spotless and peaceful, with a beautiful scent and a stunning view of the Twin Towers. The lounge, with live piano music and a terrace overlooking the park, was equally charming. The staff throughout the hotel was warm and attentive, making my stay feel both professional and intimate. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Ms. Roziati for her warm welcome. It is because of such special people within large hotel complexes that an experience becomes even more personal and truly unforgettable. Tiva Tala Palermos.

Central location, right next to the Petronas Towers. Excellent services and very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful, spacious panoramic pool and spa equipped with all the amenities. Spacious suite, panoramic view and very comfortable bed
