I liked that it was near an LrT station and a mall so it was easy to get around and find food at a walkable distance. It was also very clean

Although the rooms are OK, and facilities are good, the maintenance is poor. Water leak in the toilet once reported, noone come to fix it. If ypu mentioned anything to staff they would say we will do it, then been ignored.

The hotel turned out to be a perfect choice for us (family with 2 kids). Rooms were clean and spacious. The swimming pool was quite big with a great view of the city. There is also a game room with a pool, foosball, ping pong table, and many more.. Very good breakfast.

The pool (as for almost every hotel of this category) is on the roof, which is HIGH up. Few people or no one (just myself) use it in the morning, so it is perfect for 30 minutes cardio swim every day. I did not us the fitness at the same floor, but it is mint from what I saw when going through it. The rest of the hotel is just perfect. I repeatedly stay here and shall stay there again.
