After a year I stay thi apartment provide washing machine . I really enjoy the stay, the view, the apartment. All good staff okey. So good. The WiFi good,New painting. Nice.Lightning good. All good,Big fridge and easy.

We are a premier guest at Berjaya Hotel since last 25 years.On this particular dates 21-24 January 2024 ,we also checked in at Berjaya Times Square Hotel.Since our last minute request for additional room at BTS Hotel not available, we have decided to book a unit at BTS Resident. The room was very clean & hygenic with all facilities were in order.The Host Mr tuhin was very responsive & responsible person in attended to our request.Mr tuhin assistance " Mr mohsin " was also a kind & helpful person...always smile.. The 2 Bangladeshi housekeeping crews have perform good job during our stay. Sure we will come again in future & will recommend to our staff,family & friend. Thank you very much.
