The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
The credit card used to make an advanced purchase reservation must be physically present at check-in. This is to facilitate the verification process, prevent potential chargebacks, and ensure a smooth experience.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

L0cation was excellent; just opposite Pavilion, Fahrenheit.. and a walk away from Lot 10 mall. Staff was great; from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast staff.. Donna Spa was excellent.. service was tip top. Really made a good choice to stay for my birthday!

The best location central to almost everything anyone will need when visiting the city, from food joints to shopping. The rooms are very spacious and well organized with very responsive staff willing and ready to go out of their way to meet the customer requests.

Superb location in the heart of this amazing city. Surrounding area littered with people, vibrancy, restaurants, activity, shops, classy malls & a curious mix of locals & foreigners. An eclectic melting pot of cultures, ethnicities & religions - refreshing to see a seamless blending of hijabis with those with very little clothing (seems they've run out of material when sewing their outfits). Wonderful ambience permeates entire hotel. Check-in was quick. Junior suite was spotless, spacious & super - comfy. Sumptuous breakfast & highly organised despite the large crowds. Attentive staff & top-class service. Super-fast free WiFi. Classy place to stay & will always be my first choice in KL.
