The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Upgrading work taking place at our 1st floor and expected to be completed by 31 May 2025. There will be some construction noise during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and your understanding & support during the renovation period is much appreciated.

The counter staff during my call made while OTR was attended by Pn.Murni . She was friendly and when I requested for the town view room, she couldnt commit during that hour stating that would be subjective to availibility. Bet she did communiocate with the PIC or not sure how she got it done..to my surprise given room was 1205 facing town. That made my stay comfotable enough. Will definetly rebook this hotel during my next visit as my previous stay was not as good at this one. The same goes to reception staff handing the air-con noise during the 1st night, and as well during my exit the staff attended to me was in fact frriendly and wish me safe journey back . The mgmt must reward them for friendly environemt created by the hotel staffs cause that what matters most..as this will override any other issues encountered during our stay there.
