The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
Non-vaccinated guests are not permitted to check-in or enter the hotels premises as per guidelines by the Ministry of Health. However, if you have an exemption from the Ministry of Health in Malaysia, kindly provide the documentation to the hotel in advance, so that the hotel's management can verify this before check-in.The pool is closed from 26/06/2025 to 17/07/2025. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room was very spacious and comfortably accommodated my family of five. The location is very strategic, especially for those who enjoy walking — KLCC is within a brisk walking distance. Breakfast was superb; although the breakfast area is small, it was convenient and well-organized.

Location and free underground parking are excellent. Can walk to many restaurants, shops and bars. Rooms are good, large comfortable beds, good showers and aircon and WiFi. Staff are also lovely. We stayed here for the first time in 2007 and often go back as it is good value and well-located but it is in need of an update and refresh (which they are doing now). Staff are great though.

Convenient. The amenities are within reach. Suria KLCC is 5 mins away. Add 2 mins to KL Convention Centre.
