Mayo, the lady in charge, was a superdoper host. She cane to my rescue 2x immediately...1. It was 11.45pm when I message her that I could not open the main door (I stupidly tried opening the neighbour's door, that's why). She came clown for me. 2. I locked myself out of my room, and another guest kindly called her at 7.55am. She was still asleep and accompanied me to the hotel next door to get the extra key (I actually brought my keys out, and it was on the sink counter)...sorry Mayo.
