The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that for bookings of 5 rooms and above (and more than 3 nights), the hotel requires a 30% prepayment upon reservation.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Child breakfast is not included in all room and breakfast prices, child breakfast will be charged additional RM30nett per child per day if child breakfast required.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The E&O is in a gated community and no one gets in without being checked. Catching a GRAB is soooo cheap that you can travel anywhere for next to nothing. Our apartment was HUGE with a comfortable couch and good size tv though we didn’t watch much as they didn’t have many English channels. Beds in Asia as extremely hard but our room steward put some extra padding under our bottom sheet to make it softer. This young man did an exceptional job of cleaning and daily refreshing our room. The security at the front entrance were also friendly and very helpful.

Well initially we had a issue with a room Mr Norman from Front Desk really Assisted me throughout to hear my issue and later ensured to give me good room which perfectly worked for leisure travel Mr Norman I shall be coming again on 15th and hoping this time I get a room with a smart TV and rest you know what I like Hope you rem me !!
