I accidentally booked the wrong location while trying to extend my stay, and they swiftly jumped into action. Magen and Amirul worked diligently to contact the other hotel on my behalf, ensuring I received a full refund and corrected my booking promptly. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out. They went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, and I can't thank them enough!
