The fine print

Connected to one of the largest mall in Malaysia. Parking is flat rate rm5, and location is quite central for KL.

The booking was great.It was just that Booking.com did not honor their price match claim much to my chargin. Booking.com not only did not honor their price match claim but they also made you jump through many hpops to get to their cuatomer service.At the end of the day they will claim that the room configuration was different etc etc etc in order not to honor their price match claim .I found the same booking dpr my room configuration with free parking thrown in at 20% less on the Cititel website.This left a bad taste for me at Booking.com Im not one to compare prices but I dont know why I did it this time for that one night stay only to realise that price match claim had not been honoredd Shame on you Booking.com

Room is clean, water pressure is good aircon is good. General friendly and helpful staff. Location is very strategic which it's connected to Mid Valley, very convenience to look for food.
