Excellent location. Very well connected to the rest of the city. Within walking distance of the main attractions, including the Petronas Towers, the TV Tower, and food streets. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was a pleasant stay here. The staff at the receptionist very friendly and make us feel welcoming. The hotel is very nearer to Bukit Bintang, makes us easy to just walk on foot the Bukit Bintang area. When our first night there, our sink was blocked and we call the receptionist. The receptionist are very helpful as they immediately change our room to the bigger rooms than before. The best part is this hotel provides breakfast .

Very friendly and helpful staffs. The lobby and lift is close enough to the path for my old mom to walk conveniently. I chose the Family room for big space.
