Villa JIOTA is an incredible place to stay in Ksamil, very well located with a nice view on the sea. Hotel crew is extremely kind, I can only recommend this place !

I felt right at home. The owners, who are the managers, are exceptional. The location is unbeatable. Everything is close by: the beach, the supermarket, restaurants, clothing stores; everything is within walking distance, and it's very quiet and safe. There are ATMs right across the street. The beds are very comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, and the sheets and towels are always changed. The kitchen has everything you need, and the apartment is well-equipped. We are very happy we chose this place and will return. I highly recommend Villa Jiota; it's the best. An important point is that the apartment has airtight windows and doors, and at night you can't hear any noise from outside, allowing for a peaceful sleep.

Very nice and big appartement. Everything you need is there. You're very close to the beaches, restaurants and night clubs.
