Really nice and friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, nice & clean room, close to the beach and all restaurants Quite area, we were able to relax on the balcony and enjoy the tranquility

I had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment I arrived, the host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hospitality was genuine and warm, and I truly felt at home. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the host’s kindness and helpfulness always available to answer questions, give recommendations, and ensure I had the best experience in Albania. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed yet peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Albania!

Villa Heaven is located in a beautiful resort town, Ksamil, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. From the terrace, where we had breakfast, there was a wonderful sea view and unforgettable sunsets. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious, and housekeeping was done every day. The staff were amazing — especially Neda, the hotel manager, who is incredibly friendly, positive, and communicative. There is also a laundry service at a very reasonable price (€5), with clothes washed, dried, and neatly returned to the room. Only great impressions — thank you for a wonderful stay! 🌸
