Villa Anastiasia is located in a quiet area but close to the city centre of Ksamil. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was in there and we had also free access to the laundry room. The hosts are amazing people and always willing to help.

The villa was absolutely amazing! Central location, beautiful garden, very clean rooms, comfortable and well furnished ! The hosts are very kind and helpful people. There was also a laundry room that we could use for free. Highly recommend this place! :)

Incredible luxurious villa in Ksamil! The apartments are new, very clean, spacious, super comfortable, big fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. Each apartment has two ACs and two balconies with patio furniture. The view from the front balcony is breathtaking, you can see the lake of Butrint and the mountains nearby. The location is in a very quiet place, surrounded by nature but very close to the city center and the main beaches. The hosts are very friendly and kind, they helped us with everything we needed. There’s also possibility for barbecue. Love this place I’ll definitely come back!
