We had an amazing 7-night stay at Vila Xhovani in Ksamil and can’t recommend this property enough! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, with stunning sea views that delighted us every day. The villa is spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our hosts, Giovani and Angela, were absolutely wonderful. Angela spoiled us each morning with a delicious homemade breakfast and an incredible coffee that started our days just right. A big thank you to them for their warm hospitality and attention to detail, which made our stay unforgettable.

Everything, Itwas close to the beach. It has a communal kitchen where u can cook ,which I think is better than having it in the flat as with that heat no one wants to cook inside . They all very welcoming and friendly . The room gets cleaned evey other day. well done to the host and the workers they all do an excellent job.

Excellent location just of the beach and near to various cafes and bars. In the southern end of the town which was much quieter than the north of the resort.
