Toni “Clean, spacious, easily accessible and affordable stay in the heart of Ksamil”

The room is clean, has a double bed and another bed for a third person. The bathroom is large enough, there is a small kitchen with a fridge, TV and stove, along with the necessary dishes and cutlery. In front of the room we had a closed hall, with a dining table with three chairs and enough space to leave shoes and dirty clothes, there is a drying rack for washed clothes. Considering the relatively lower price than neighboring facilities, Alvi deserves a high rating for what it offers. It is practically in the center of Ksamil, access to the facility is very easy, especially since on the main street you can't pass the small monument representing a group dancing a folk dance. We stayed for two nights, but on the second day there was a problem with the internet, so I was forced to use roaming. There is no breakfast included in the accommodation price, but there are many restaurants and a large market nearby. The main beach is very close, a ten-minute walk, just cross the main street. The girl who welcomed us is very kind, she speaks excellent English and explains very well about the entire apartment. Payment is only in cash and the entire amount in advance.

Very good location. Short walking distance (5minutes) to the restaurants/bars, and the beaches! Satisfied with everything that has been offered!

Very short walk to restaurants, but far enough to be quiet at night. The place is on a street where there is not much traffic. The lady was super nice too. Can recommend and would go again!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner, Anni, was incredibly welcoming and always available if we needed anything, which made us feel very comfortable and cared for. The room and balcony were spotless – clearly very well maintained. The location is perfect too: just a 5-minute walk to beautiful beaches, and there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, making everything super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted vacation spot!
