Room was spotlessly clean. The balcony view is amazing, and the property manager is there for any questions. Also, the bed is super comfortable.

The perfect place to stay when you’re in Ksamil. 25m to the beach,60m to the bakery (fresh bread every morning), 60m to the nearest supermarket, 60m to the nearby restaurants.

The location is superb, you can so clearly see the sea from your balcony and it is genuinely about a 90 second walk to the beach. However, it is far enough from the main strip / bars and restaurants that when you shut the balcony door you basically get zero noise so you can sleep comfortably. The apartment is clean and has all the basic amenities you would need. The host was wonderful! He was incredibly accommodating, very quick to help us with any issue we had, and he was very friendly and was always willing to give us recommendations and tips! He was also very helpful with finding parking, he had our spot ready for us before we came.
